EVA Group is proud to launch a joint operation with the French NGO Aurore for the integration of people in precarious or exclusion situations.

In a time when many of our employees are wondering how to give more meaning to their workday, EVA Group has decided to engage in a Skills Sponsorship program. This program is based on knowledge sharing, with the goal to help people who have been unemployed for a long period of time to return to an economic activity in order to reconnect with the rhythms of professional life.

"The Aurore Association accompanies tens of thousands of people towards autonomy through accommodation, care, and professional integration. Chloé, Consultant - Project Manager, and Hervé, Director of Operations, have been the driving force behind this concrete approach: aiding the professional reintegration of people by humbly sharing our knowledge of the business world and our IT know-how", explains Robert Tran Van Lieu, Associate Director of EVA Group.

Following the success of the football championships co-organized in November 2018 to promote integration, fight against prejudice, and promote living together, we are coming together at the start of the season to support in professional reintegration. Caring is a key value at EVA Group and team spirit is part of our DNA which is why we maintain our commitment alongside with the Aurore Association.
